The Relations & Development Manager contributes to the association’s growth by strengthening its relationships with partners and donors.

This role combines partnership development, fundraising, and relationship management, with the goal of ensuring the long-term sustainability of the association’s activities and projects. The Relationship and Development Manager will work closely with senior management to develop partnerships.

At 40%, the position focuses on a targeted, high-impact approach: identifying opportunities, developing key relationships, maintaining the existing network, and turning contacts into concrete collaborations. The workload may vary depending on the association’s results and needs.
