Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Handling
We process orders once a week, the day varies depending on the team. For the delivery, we collaborate with the Swiss Post. We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the product and include postage and packing materials. Final shipping charges will be calculated when you complete your purchase, in the check out. We currently offer the following shipping rates:
- Economy package (B Mail) + packaging costs: CHF 8.90
- Economy package of more than 2kg (B Mail) + packing costs : 10.70
- Economy letter (B Mail) + packaging costs: CHF 1.00
- Digital products : No shipping costs
Right of return
If something is not right, the goods can be returned within 8 days of receipt of the order. We can only take back items that are unused, intact, functional and complete.
Returns
Returns are at your expense. In doing so, we take into account the ecological impact of each shipment. Please note that in case of return, we put the products back on sale, so that they can be enjoyed by others. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging in perfect condition (please do not label or tape it). Please proceed as follows:
- Inform us by e-mail of the return: shop@oppal.ch
- Please indicate the order number and the reason for the return
- If you have already paid the order by invoice, please provide us with an IBAN number for the refund.
- If you paid the invoice by e-payment (TWINT, credit card, etc.), we will refund the amount to the corresponding payment medium.
- Pack the products and attach the delivery note with the reason for return checked off.
- Send the package to the following address:

- Send us the package by Swiss Post.
- If you wish to exchange the product, please order the new product again in our online shop.
