Terms and Conditions

01 Purpose of the contract

OPPAL sells the specific goods described in the print advertisement, in the online shop(www.oppal.ch) or in other written offers to customers under the following terms of delivery and sale (GTC). We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.

Conclusion of the contract

The contract between the customer and OPPAL is concluded when the customer places an order and after OPPAL has accepted the order. The customer's order is placed via the online shop(www.oppal.ch) or at events (OPPAL stand). OPPAL accepts the order by delivering the ordered goods (including the invoice).

Price information

The sales prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory value added tax (VAT). The shipping costs (postage and packaging) are invoiced separately. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to make price changes.


02 Product offering

All product information is non-binding. Color deviations, errors in description, illustration and prices are reserved. All technical information on individual products is based on the manufacturer's specifications. OPPAL cannot be held responsible for them.


03 Terms of delivery

Orders are normally processed within 5-10 business days. If not all products in an order are available at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries or longer processing times.

For each order, we charge a shipping fee, which includes postage and packaging. The shipping costs are always adjusted to the current postal rates of the Swiss Post and the packaging. You can find more information about shipping under the heading "Shipping": delivery & return

The postage and packaging costs for small products (stickers and membership cards) that we send you by B Mail are CHF 1.00. The postage and packaging costs for packages (water bottles, t-shirts, hoodies, bags, etc.) are CHF 8.90. The price may increase depending on the order, if the order exceeds 2kg, the shipping and packaging costs will be CHF 10.70.

OPPAL does not assume any responsibility for compliance with the delivery times of the Swiss Post.


04 Warranty and after-sales service

Please notify us immediately of any manufacturing or material defects in the goods as well as any damage resulting from transport. We will exchange defective items. If repairs are possible, they will be carried out by us or by our suppliers.


05 Payments

All our prices are quoted in Swiss francs and include VAT. Price variations are possible, for example due to exchange rate fluctuations. You have the possibility to pay by credit card or TWINT.


06 Data protection

The addresses of our customers are not rented, sold or exchanged.
